Fotochest Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") regulates the terms regarding the purchase of digital services provided by Fotochest. The Agreement is prepared in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

• BUYER: The real or legal person who accepts this agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the BUYER regarding the delivery and use of the digital services (photo and video storage, sharing) purchased from the SELLER.

3. Service Description

Fotochest is a digital service that allows users to temporarily store and share high-resolution photos and videos. Uploaded files are automatically deleted at the end of the selected plan period.

4. General Provisions

• The BUYER is deemed to have accepted the agreement electronically.
• The language of the agreement is English.
• The service fee is determined according to the selected plan.

5. Delivery

The service becomes active immediately after payment confirmation. Since it is a digital product, no physical delivery is involved.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of signing without any reason. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the service has not been used at all.

7. Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to Turkish Law. In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts are authorized.
