At Fotochest, we prioritize user satisfaction in delivering our digital services. This policy provides information about product delivery and return processes.
1. Product Description and Delivery
Fotochest is a digital service that allows users to temporarily store and share high-resolution photos and videos.
- Delivery Process: After payment confirmation, your account becomes immediately active and you can access the service instantly. Since there is no physical product, delivery is digital.
- Plan Durations: Your selected plan's usage period starts from the start date you selected, according to your organization date.
- Access: You can start upload operations immediately by logging into your account.
2. Return and Refund Policy
Digital products are not returnable by nature, but we can provide refunds under certain conditions:
- Refund Conditions:
- The service has not been accessed at all (account not created or no files uploaded).
- Requested before the plan period starts.
- The service is unavailable due to technical issues (caused by us).
- Refund Process: Send your refund requests to info@fotochest.com. Approved requests after review are processed within 7-14 business days.
- Non-Returnable Situations:
- After the plan period has started.
- If files have been uploaded or downloaded.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your plan at any time. Pro-rated refunds are not provided for the remaining period, but future payments are stopped.
